GIGTWO User Notice

GIGTWO is operated by Shenzhen Yiksan Technology Co., Ltd.

1. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register as global talent. Company users must be authorized to act for their organization. Account and profile information must be accurate, current, and belong to you or the organization you represent.

2. What the platform does

GIGTWO helps companies and global talent discover one another, publish opportunities, submit public profile cards, coordinate verification, and use related platform services. A listing, application, or verification does not guarantee engagement, payment, suitability, or results.

3. Tasks, payments, and fees

Review a task carefully before applying or proceeding. The parties are responsible for confirming scope, timing, deliverables, compensation, expenses, and lawful payment methods. Platform service fees, when applicable, will be shown before payment. Never use GIGTWO for unlawful transfers, fraud, or unauthorized payment activity.

4. Lawful and respectful use

Do not post or accept illegal, deceptive, discriminatory, dangerous, infringing, or privacy-invasive work. Software and payment testing must be properly authorized. Do not impersonate others, fabricate credentials, disrupt the service, or misuse another person's account or data.

5. Profiles, verification, and privacy

To provide the service, we may process information you submit, including your email, phone number, profile, photo, verification documents, and IP-derived location. Public profile fields and approved verification claims may be shown to eligible company users. Supporting documents are used for review and platform operations unless disclosure is required by law. Please do not upload unnecessary sensitive information.

6. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of content you lawfully provide and grant the operator the limited rights needed to store, review, display, transmit, and format it for the service. You must have permission to upload all text, images, files, trademarks, and other materials.

7. Account action and service availability

We may restrict, suspend, or close accounts and remove content to protect users, comply with law, address risk, or enforce this notice. Online services can be interrupted or changed, and users should retain their own copies of important records.

8. Updates and contact
